2. Data Collected
We collect and process the following personal data:
- Identification data: first and last name
- Contact data: email address, phone number
- Shipping data: full delivery address
- Payment data: handled exclusively by certified providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Satispay). We do not store your card details on our servers.
- Browsing and tracking data: IP address, data collected through cookies, tracking pixels and Conversion API (Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest)

3. Purposes of Processing
Your data is used for:
- Order fulfilment: processing, shipping and communications about your purchase
- Customer service: handling requests and after-sales support
- Personalised marketing: sending newsletters and showing ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Google based on the products viewed (only with your consent)
- Data analysis: aggregate and statistical monitoring through Google Analytics 4
- Reviews: an optional invitation to rate the shop through the Google Customer Reviews programme (only if you choose to take part)

4. Legal Basis
- Performance of the sales contract (orders and shipping)
- Consent of the data subject (newsletter, personalised marketing and the Google Customer Reviews survey), which can be withdrawn at any time
- Legitimate interest of the Controller (site security and statistical analysis)
- Legal obligation (retention of tax data)

5. Sharing with Third Parties
Your data is not sold to third parties. It is shared only with:
- Carriers for delivery (BRT, Poste Italiane and InPost in Italy and the European Union, UPS for the United States, also through the Packlink platform)
- Payment gateways (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Satispay)
- E-commerce platform (Shopify Inc.), which hosts the site and purchase data
- Advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads (in pseudonymised form)
- Google LLC, for the Google Customer Reviews programme: only if you choose to take part at the end of your purchase, Google receives your email address, order number, country and estimated delivery date to send you the invitation to rate the shop

6. Transfers outside the EU
Some data may be processed by providers based in the USA (Shopify, Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, UPS) in accordance with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or, failing that, with the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Data Retention
Data is kept for the time needed to fulfil the order and, for tax obligations, up to 10 years from the transaction. Data processed on the basis of consent (e.g. newsletter) is kept until consent is withdrawn or deletion is requested.

8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to request portability and to withdraw your consent at any time. You can exercise your rights by writing to: assistenza@elaxo.it
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of your EU country of residence.

9. Cookies and Tracking
The site uses technical (necessary), analytics (statistics) and profiling (targeted advertising) cookies. You can manage or withdraw your preferences at any time through the cookie banner shown on your first visit and from the Cookie Policy page, linked at the bottom of the site.

10. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the date of the last update.
