TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. General Information

2. Products
ELAXO cosmetic products are formulated and made in Italy in accordance with European cosmetics regulations (Regulation (EC) 1223/2009). Product images are indicative. We reserve the right to change product availability without notice.

3. Prices
Prices for Italy and the European Union are in euro and include VAT. For Switzerland and the United States, prices are in local currency and do not include Italian VAT; for the United States, import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. The price applied is the one shown at the time of the order.

4. Orders
An order is considered confirmed only after you receive the confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, product unavailability or suspected fraud.

5. Payments
Payments are processed securely by certified providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Satispay). We do not store your card details.

6. Shipping
We ship to Italy, to European Union countries, to Switzerland and to the United States. Shipping times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy.

7. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product under Legislative Decree 206/2005 and Directive 2011/83/EU. For procedures and conditions, see our Returns and Refunds Policy.

8. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) for 24 months from delivery. No clause of these Terms limits or excludes the mandatory rights granted to consumers by law.

9. Product Use Warnings
Always read the ingredient list (INCI) on the label before use and patch-test on a small area of skin. The information on the site is for information only and does not replace the advice of a doctor or dermatologist.

10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
For any complaint you can write to assistenza@elaxo.it: we will reply within 24 hours on business days. Consumers may also use the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies provided for by articles 141 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 or, for purchases from another EU country, the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) of their own country.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where the consumer has their habitual residence. For any dispute, the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction, as provided by mandatory consumer protection rules.
